To support Partners in expanding community reach and driving sustainable growth, Nami Exchange will continue the “Woven strike” and “Grow with balance” programs from 13.10.2025 17:00 (UTC), featuring a transparent, attractive rewards mechanism that optimizes Partner benefits.

Below is the detailed information of the 2 programs.

Woven strike: Receive 1,000 V1K each time Futures trading volume reaches 30,000,000 V1K

Program time

From 13.10.2025 17:00 to 14.11.2025 17:00 (UTC).

Community partners from the official rank and above.

Program mechanism

During the program period, Community partners will receive 1,000 V1K every time the total NAO Futures trading volume from their direct users reaches 30,000,000 V1K.

Community partners can track the performance via the Reward Center page.

Notes:

• The total prize fund for the Woven Strike program is 150,000 V1K. The program will end when the prize fund is fully distributed to partners or when the program period ends.
• The total NAO Futures trading volume is calculated based on the trading of direct users in the network, excluding partners’ orders. This includes trading pairs with V1K and USDT.
• Partners can receive rewards multiple times when the total trading volume of NAO Futures from direct users in the network reaches the required milestone. The system will automatically update the information and distribute the rewards to the partner's Spot wallet every 60 minutes.
• The total NAO Futures trading volume will be converted into V1K value for calculation and reward distribution.

Program mechanism

During the program period, Community partners will receive corresponding rewards when their direct users meet one of the following conditions:

• Receive 1,000 vBTC for each new user who completes KYC and makes their first deposit of at least 100 V1K.

(*) Applicable to both On-chain deposits and deposits via Nami’s official deposit partners.

• Receive 5,000 vBTC for each user who reaches a total NAO Futures trading volume of 1,000,000 V1K for the first time.

(**) Trading volume is converted into V1K for calculation purposes.

Notes:

• The above conditions apply to new users who register an account from 13.10.2025 17:00 (UTC) and use the corresponding partner's referral code.
• Regarding the NAO Futures trading volume condition, only positions that are opened between 13.10.2025 17:00 (UTC) and on the program end date (to be announced), and closed within that same period, will be counted as eligible trading volume.
• In the case of a partially closed position, the system will record the closed trading volume along with the corresponding opened volume.
• Rewards will be credited directly to the partner’s commission wallet as soon as the referred user meets the program conditions.
• The reward pool for the “Grow with balance” program is 100,000 V1K. The program will end when the entire reward pool is distributed or when the program ends.
