In an effort to enhance transparency and expand earning opportunities for Community Partners, Nami Exchange officially announces an update and enhancement to the previous bonus commission policy, valid from 31.07.2025 17:00 (UTC).

Enhanced Commission bonus mechanism

Under the previous bonus commission policy, partners were eligible to receive a monthly commission bonus by meeting either one of two conditions: the number of new direct users or the total NAO Futures trading volume.

From 31.07.2025 17:00 (UTC), the policy has been enhanced to promote fairness and support the sustainable growth of partner user networks. Now, partners may now earn up to an additional 10% monthly bonus commission from their direct user within the network by either:

• Meeting both conditions simultaneously, or
• Achieving at least one of the NAO Futures trading volume as detailed below:

Bonus Commission Eligibility Criteria

However, if the partner does not meet the new direct user’s condition, they may still be eligible to receive a 5% or 10% bonus if they achieve at least one of the following NAO Futures trading volume thresholds: 10,000,000 USDT, or 25,000,000 USDT from their direct user within the network.

To receive the corresponding bonus commission rate, partners must meet both of the conditions listed above.

Examples

• If a partner has 50 or more new direct users, but the total NAO Futures trading volume from their direct user within the network is only 19,000,000 USDT → The partner will receive an additional 5% commission.
• If a partner has 50 or more new direct users, and the total NAO Futures trading volume from their direct user within the network reaches 20,000,000 USDT → The partner will receive an additional 10% commission.
• If a partner has fewer than 25 new direct users, but the total NAO Futures trading volume from their direct user within the network reaches 10,000,000 USDT, → The partner will receive an additional 5% commission.

Notes:

• The trading volume condition will be calculated based on the total trading volume of NAO Futures from the partner's direct user within the network and will be converted into a common USDT value for approval.
• A new direct user is defined as a user who has created an account with the partner’s referral code, completed KYC, and achieved a minimum NAO Futures trading volume of 4,000 USDT within the same month.
• All partner achievements will be calculated starting from the 1st day of the month, and rewards will be distributed to partners before the 5th of the following month.
