To optimize user experience and enhance the operational efficiency of the Deposit and Withdrawal Partnership program, Nami Exchange officially updates the automatic recommendation mechanism and partner role maintenance conditions, effective from 06.08.2025 07:00 (UTC).

These adjustments are designed to ensure that the Deposit & Withdrawal Partner system operates with transparency, accuracy, and alignment with each partner’s actual performance at the time of transaction.

The updates include:

• Update to the automatic recommendation mechanism for Deposit and Withdrawal Partners.
• Introduction of a partner role maintenance mechanism for Deposit and Withdrawal Partners.

1.Update on the automatic recommendation mechanism for Deposit and Withdrawal Partners

Previously, when users initiated a Deposit or Withdrawal request, the system would automatically recommend up to 03 suitable Deposit and Withdrawal Partners based on predefined criteria.

Effective from 06.08.2025 07:00 (UTC), the system will expand the number of recommended partners to a maximum of 10 Deposit and Withdrawal Partners. At the same time, the recommendation mechanism will be adjusted to improve relevance and enhance user experience.

Automatic recommendations will be based on the following criteria:

• Sufficient available assets to process the corresponding Deposit request.
• Online status at the time of system data scan.
• In the same referral network with the user.
• Newly registered as a Deposit and Withdrawal Partner within the last 10 days.

Notes:

• Deposit and Withdrawal Partners can manually enable or disable the Online status. If the partner declines three consecutive orders within the same day, the system will automatically switch off the Online status.
• These selection criteria may be adjusted flexibly during actual operation to better align with the needs of users and partners. Any updates will be communicated to users in a timely manner through the system.

2.Introduction of the role maintenance conditions for Deposit and Withdrawal Partners

To improve the quality of the partner network and ensure operational efficiency, Nami introduces a role maintenance conditions for Deposit and Withdrawal Partners, as detailed below:

2.1. Conditions to maintain the Deposit and Withdrawal Partner role:

• Maintain the status of a Community Partner at Official rank or higher
• And, meet one of the following trading conditions each month:
  • Complete more than 05 Deposit or Withdrawal transactions.
  • Reach a total transaction value of over 30,000,000 VND from Deposit or Withdrawal orders.

2.2. Evaluation frequency:

• The system will automatically evaluate eligibility on the 1st of every month.
• If a partner fails to meet both maintenance conditions simultaneously, their Deposit and Withdrawal Partner role will be temporarily deactivated and reactivated once the partner fulfills the required conditions.

Important notes:

• If a partner does not meet the transaction condition but still maintains the required Community Partner rank (Official or above), only the Deposit and Withdrawal Partner role will be temporarily suspended. The Community Partner role remains unaffected.
• To reapply for the ĐTNR role, the partner must follow the standard registration process (see detailed instructions in this article) and ensure partners are maintaining at least the Official rank at the time of re-registration.
