As latest announcement from partner Binance, Nami Exchange would like to announce the support of the Omni Network (OMNI) asset swap and rebranding to Nomina (NOM), details as described below:

1. Futures trading on NAO Futures:

• At 2025-09-22 08:30 (UTC), Nami will suspend trading for the OMNI/USDT and OMNI/VNST. Please note that users are allowed to close any existing positions after this time.
• At 2025-09-22 09:00 (UTC), Nami will close all positions, conduct an automatic settlement and cancel all pending orders on the OMNI/USDT and OMNI/VNST, and delist those contracts after the settlement is complete. Users are advised to close any open positions prior to above mentioned time to avoid automatic settlement.

2. Spot and Swap trading on Nami Exchange

• At 2025-09-29 03:00 (UTC), Nami Exchange will suspend and delist all OMNI/USDT and OMNI/VNST spot and swap trading pairs and cancel all pending spot trade orders.
• At 2025-09-29 03:30 (UTC), deposits and withdrawals of OMNI will be suspended. Please ensure that you leave sufficient time for your OMNI deposits to be fully processed prior to this time.

3. Nami Earn

At 2025-09-26 03:00 (UTC), Nami Earn will cease support for OMNI Earn Pools, and subscriptions will no longer be available, all OMNI balances from existing subscriptions will be automatically redeemed and credited to users’ Spot Wallets after 2025-09-26 03:00 (UTC). Users may also choose to redeem their assets from OMNI Nami Earn Pools anytime before the aforementioned time.

4. Auto-Invest

Since 2025-09-29 03:00 (UTC), Nami Exchange will cease support Omni Network (OMNI) with Auto-Invest function, all auto-invest plans with OMNI will not have buy orders executed. Users are strongly advised to cancel plans that include OMNI assets before the aforementioned time.

5. Conversion's schedule and rate

• After 2025-09-29 03:30 (UTC), Nami Exchange will recover all old OMNI balances, and begin the distribution of new NOM to all eligible users at a ratio of 1 OMNI = 75 NOM.
• At 2025-10-01 08:00 (UTC), trading will open for new NOM/USDT and NOM/VNST spot and swap trading pairs.
• Deposits with Nomina (NOM) will expectedly open at 2025-10-01 07:00 (UTC), Withdrawals will be announced the opening time in this article later.
